This illustration is a portrait of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Bin Said, The Sultan of Oman. The actual size of the drawing is 75 cm in width and 100 cm in height, done in a hand made paper with a 0.3 mm engineering drawing pen.
The uniqueness of the creation is that the entire portrait is made from a single unbroken line (including my signature). The line starts and ends in my signature. This artwork took me six months to complete. If the length of the line is to be measured, it will be more than a kilometer in length, and the line doesn't overlap anywhere in the drawing.
On June 27th 2009, this illustration appeared in the online Daily, "Ripley's believe It or Not". It also appeared in the "Times of India - Lucknow Edition" .In the month of June 2010, the same work has been published and certified in the "Limca book of Records 2010 edition."
